7 day / 6 night Tropical Nicaraguan Beaches, Islands & Colonial Escape. Visit some of the most exotic coastline of Nicaragua and one of the oldest colonial city in the Americas. For 7 exhilarating days you will have an opportunity to lay in a hammock, relax in the infinity pool sipping a cocktail, kayaking, island living, volcanoes, lagoons and more.

  • Isletas de  Granada: Islands in Lake Nicaragua form the archipelgo near the historic city of Granada. Amazing views of Volcan Mombacho, Wild life, birds and amazing and exotic paridse where you'll have the opportunity to go kayaking, and many other activities.

  •  Granada: Granada is the first spanish city in the Americas founded in 1524. You’ll get to enjoy amazing colonial style buildings, colorful streets, museums, coffee shops, cigar factories, music and more.

  ITINERARY:

  • Day 1: SAN JUAN DEL SUR (D)  
Welcome to Nicaragua. Arrive at the Internationa Airport (Agusto C. Sandino) and be greeted by our NICATRAVEL Team. You will head down to the pacific coast until we arrive to our heavenly destination of Finca Las Nubes, an organic farm with the most magestic views of the ocean. Relax, enjoy the infinity pool and enjoy a delicoius welcome dinner. 


  • Day 2: SAN JUAN DEL SUR (B)
Wake up to an incredible sunrise at the farm, check out the ocean view and get ready for a traditional Nicaraguan breakfast. Take a short walk along the trails and see an abundance of wild life at the farm. Whit face mokeys, howler mokeys, and a variety of tropical trees, flower and more.  We will enjoy a great lunch at the farm before heading downt to the beach. Stop in town, check out the bay and the trendy and cool beach town. 


  • Day 3: SAN JUAN DEL SUR (B ) 
Rise early and start the day with a healthy breakfast to prepare for a day sun, beach and fun.  We will leave after breakfast to Playa Hermosa. An amazing beach with cabanas, hammocks, great waves and a wonderful paradise. You will be back home on time for dinner, Bongfire and music. 


  • Day 4: ISLETAS DE GRANADA (B,L) 

Say goodbye to San Juan del Sur and welcome to Isletas de Granada. A wonderful world of beauty, islands, volcanoes and to many a fantacy land.  Upon arrival to the shores of Lake Nicaragua our boat captain will be waiting to take you on a fun ride along the archipelago. You will arrive to our Island where you will spend a full day and one night sorrounded by nature. Here you'll be able to kayak, lay on a hammock, swiming on the lake or simply relax and catch up on you favorite book. 


  • Day 5: GRANADA (B)

Welcome to Granada, after breakfast in the Island we will head to "firm-land" and settle in the city of Granada. One of the most visited cities in the country for its architectual designs, colors, resturants, churches and political and histical importance since its foundation in 1524 by Francisco Hernandez de Cordoba. 


  • Day 6:  GRANADA (B D) 

Wake up to the sound of horse carriage, merchants and listen on how the city comes to life.  Sip on fresh Nicaraguan coffee from one of the oldest coffee farms in the country. Cafe Las Flores, take a tour of the farm, see the whole coffee process and withness spectacular views of the lake Nicaragua from Mombacho Volcano.  

Today we have prepared a fun night with a special dinner, music, rum, cigars and the flavors of Nicaragua. 

  • Day 7:  UNTIL NEXT TIME >>>>>
Today we say goodbye and we hope to see you soon back in Nicaragua to continue exploring more of this beautiful country.  There may be enough time for some last minute shopping before heading out to the airport.

There are so many activities to do while in Nicaragua but unfortunately we can not fit everything into a single trip so here are a few other activities. If any of these interest you they would be in addition to the package outlined above.

All staff receives a base pay however they do rely on your support and tips when you feel they have gone above and beyond which they so oftenly do. Please remember to tip your guide in advance or make sure to save something at the end. We all greatly appreciate your help. Any amount can often times make the difference.
