Start you morning by hopping into the vehicle as your driver takes you a little over an hours away from the city. As we arrive to the Chagres River Port we transfer into wooden canoes navigated by the Emberá. As we head up river you will be amazed with the beautiful landscape and the amazing style of housing that is used in this region which depends on the river for life. 

As we arrive to a side river we leave the canoes behind and head the rest of the way on foot crossing through the river until making it to the waterfall. Come ready to get wet and enjoy the cool water. Swim up to the falls and take a famous selfie of you under the falls.

As we leave the waterfall the tribe will have a special welcome for you back in their village. Upon arrival you will receive a wonderful welcome with music,food, culture, and dance. If you have ever wanted a tribal tattoo this is your chance as the Emberá us a special ink from local flowers to tattoo its visitors, but have no fear, these tattoos are 100% natural and will go away in 7-10 days.
