Logistics

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

This tour needs manual confirmation from our side. Once you receive it (normally not later than 12 h after the booking if done during the week, and Monday afternoon if the booking was done during the weekend), your tour is confirmed: just show up in time at the meeting point and be able to present your booking (can be in electronic version on your phone) to your guide upon request.

DEPARTURE AND RETURN
The exact pickup and flight time may slightly vary as per climatic conditions (we will reach out to you in advance if any changes).

Please arrive at least 10 min before the departure time, next to the Angel de la Independencia roundabout, close to City Express Reforma Hotel (here). Once there, meet your guide who will be holding a sign with the logo of the company. The tour will finish at the same departure point. In case of necessity, our guide might need to contact you by phone, so please provide a valid contact number during your booking.

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU
Comfortable clothes and shoes; hat/cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen; some cash if you would like to buy some souvenirs or meals; valid travel insurance; good mood and curiosity.

Notes

Transportation: the type of vehicle depends on the size of your group and may include a car, 7-seater, or minivan.

Age: to fly in a hot air balloon you must be at least 4 years old or 3 ft 11 in (or 1.20 m) tall.

Only children aged 4 to 10 weighing no more than 45 kilos (100 lb) are eligible for the child’s rate.

Not recommended for pregnant women and people with chronic back pains.

Booking info: please provide the full names, dates of birth, and approximate weights of all participants in the booking. Also, bring a photo ID or passport.

Pickup time: can be slightly modified by the tour organizer due to logistical circumstances such as weather conditions and availability at the time of the booking.
